Summer Camp Music Festival Announces 2019 Lineup
Memorial Day weekend looks promising for 2019. Illinois' annual Summer Camp Music Festival has announced it's 2019 lineup, providing the funky grooves fist pumps, and good vibes. The three-day music festival will include three separate sets from moe. and Umphrey's McGee, as well as Zed's Dead, Big Gigantic, Rebelution, and Gramatik. Other acts on the bill include Rebelution, George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelic, Black Star, Trampled by Turtles, and Toots and the Maytals. The summer camp will commence May 24th-26th at the Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, IL with passes being available here, starting at $243 INCLUDING FEES with a payment plan option starting at at a $64 down payment. A 3-Day GA Plus Pre-Party Pass is also available, with details and pricing listed below. 3-Day GA Plus Pass **NOTE** Wristbands by Mail Plus Passes are our new category of tickets that come with advanced fulfillment so you can have your wristband mailed to you in advance of the festival and skip the box office lines. For only $20 per order and up to 4 tickets per order you can receive your wristband in the mail and show up ready to enter the festival. There will be special car lanes to skip the box office lines and directly enter the parking lot if you get your wristband in advance. However, once purchased, you cannot add other tickets onto this option, so you will not be able to add a VIP Upgrade, and must purchase the 3-Day GA Plus Pre-Party Pass option if you are planning on attending the Pre-Party. RV and Late Night tickets can be bought separately. 3-Day GA Plus Pre-Party Pass includes wristbands by mail and camping for Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Night. Price is $300 INCLUDING FEES. Payment plan is also available with a down payment of $76. Since launching in 2001, the festival has massively increased its popularity. In its first year, only 15 bands over two stages were listed on the bill. In present time, it accommodates over 100 artists on seven stages throughout the weekend, making one of the most sought out festivals to attend in the Midwest. The love for this festival has grown so large that it now includes a Thursday Pre-Party show. It even triples the population of the small city of Chillicothe, impacting local businesses tremendously. It has hosted big named acts, with 2018's lineup featuring Diplo, Cypress Hill, RL Grime, Cherub, Tokimonsta, and Soja.
